About Me

Born and raised in Oakville, ON as a middle child between two brothers…which MAY have something to do with me being such a girlie-girl! :) Growing up, I never had to worry about my weight…even after having two children, I was what I like to call a “skinny fat chick”…was skinny but in NO way healthy or fit.

After my divorce, I found myself struggling, being a divorced mom of two in my thirties with no real passion in life.  I had always been a wife and mom and knew that I really needed to find something just for ME.  Little did I know that the gym would be it…something that I had NEVER tried before, in fact, had adamantly refused to try in the past!   I’m an “all or nothing” kinda girl so I knew immediately that I had to make it to stage…sooner rather than later!

In no way did I think that I’d fall in love with this industry the way I have…or that I’d still be doing it years later!!  The whole lifestyle is definitely a passion of mine but I’ve discovered something that I’m even more passionate about as a result of this…helping other women realize that they too can do it all.  I’m no different than any other woman out there…and if I can do this with a business and two busy kids on my own, then ANY woman can do it – but ONLY if they WANT it enough!!  If something is important to you, you’ll find a way…if not, you’ll find an excuse!!
